† No purchase necessary. Open to residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. Enter online by completing the entry form or by using a Smartphone QR code reader. The Contest begins April 19, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. CT and ends June 20, 2013 at 9:59:59 p.m. CT. Limit 1 entry per person, per email address per participating product, to a maximum of 59 entries during the Contest Period. Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of a five thousand seven hundred dollar ($5,700) Co-op Travel Voucher. Each Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash.
